These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and Velozar Labs ("Provider", "we"). By accessing our website or installing our software, you agree to these terms.
Velozar Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for internal business operations. For Atlassian Marketplace apps, this license is scoped to the specific Jira Cloud site (instance) on which the app is installed. The license may not be transferred to a different Atlassian site without a separate purchase. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software without our written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". VELOZAR LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VELOZAR LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Platform: Atlassian Forge (Jira Cloud)
1. Regulatory Disclaimer
This software is a workflow automation tool, not a legal service. While it assists in
tracking deadlines mandated by the NIS2 Directive, Velozar Labs does not provide legal counsel. You are
responsible for verifying breach incidents and submitting reports to the relevant authorities.
2. Service Availability
This application relies on the Atlassian Forge platform. We cannot guarantee uptime during Atlassian service
outages or maintenance windows.
3. Billing and Payments
All subscription billing is processed by Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian's own
Marketplace Terms of Use. Velozar Labs is not the payment processor and does not handle or store any payment
information. Refund and billing disputes are subject to Atlassian's Marketplace policies.
